Under General supervision, this position will perform cytogenetic laboratory procedures leading to the formation of an accurate diagnostic report using the International System for Cytogenetic Nomenclature. Use microscopy and imaging technology to evaluate human chromosomes and prepare karyotypes. The technologist works under the direction of the Supervisor or higher level personnel.
