The Talent Acquisition – Recruiting Operations Coordinator will support both Fred Hutch and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
The Operations Coordinator ensures that the team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators have the resources and support they need to be successful in a full cycle recruiting environment. This key operations role relies on metrics, effective business partnerships, an understanding of operational best practices to support recruiting success.
In addition, your skills in supporting operational recruiting efforts at workforce planning, development of recruiting analytics, employer branding, employee career coaching, temporary agency contract negotiations, career outreach and the effective stewardship of community relationships will propel our success.
